Nancy Lanza! Is it possible she was the shooter???
Mark Twain said; “It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled”.
Let us be clear! We are NOT insinuating or accusing. This is a hypothetical (see speculative scenario) and we are asking for opinions.
The chronological assemblage of coverage is not comprehensive of all reports published on the incident but rather seeks to verify how the storyline was to a substantial degree constructed by federal and state law enforcement authorities and major media around the theory that 20-year-old Adam Lanza was the sole agent in the massacre.
The first point I want to draw your attention to is that roughly half of shooting rampages end in suicide anyway. What that means is police are not ever in a position to stop most of them. Only the civilians present at the time of the shooting have any opportunity to stop those shooters. That is probably more important than the statistic itself. In a shooting rampage, counting on the police to intervene at all is a coin flip at best.
Firearm prohibitionists (e.g., liberal government, liberal media) love to use tragedy to leverage their agenda and blaming a young man (instead of a mother of two) for this horrific crime sells the plan – to disarm America.
Killing someone you know is very common. Hard to generalize, but obviously stress, confusion, power struggles are factors. Narcissism or being self-absorbed certainly could be a view that makes a person feel boxed in.
Keep in mind (according to study), a mass murderer is an individual who kills ten or more people in a single event and in one location. The perpetrators sometimes commit suicide (first paragraph); meaning knowledge of their state of mind and what triggers their action is often left to more speculation than fact.
Now the facts are out. The Sandy Hook tragedy has nothing to do with ‘assault style weapons’ and it would be easier to sell the ‘gun control’ agenda knowing a distraught young male committed this horrific tragedy. Think about it, who would believe a mother of two would commit such a horrible crime? Not me – until now!
We know …
The aunt of Connecticut shooter Adam Lanza said the shooter’s mother pulled him out of Newtown’s public school system because she was unhappy with the school district’s plans for her son.
Marsha, who lives in the Chicago suburb of Crystal Lake, said that Nancy had home-schooled Adam after pulling him out of the Newtown public school system. “She mentioned she wound up home-schooling him because she battled with the school district,” said Marsha. She withdrew him when he was 16 after ongoing disputes about his care.
Marsha also said, however, that Nancy had purchased guns because she was living alone in a big house. Nancy was originally from New Hampshire, said Marsha, and comfortable with weapons.
Authorities say that Nancy Lanza had the five weapons registered to her, including a Sig Sauer, a Glock and a Bushmaster. The Bushmaster was first thought to be the weapon used; however, police now report ONLY the hand guns were the weapons of choice.
At his most innocent, Lanza is described as a mild-mannered student in high school, making the honor roll, and living with his mother Nancy, who in turn loved playing dice games and decorating their upscale home for the holidays.
Nancy pretty much made it clear that she needed to be with him [Adam] because he could not handle being on his own.
Nancy Lanza was upset with the school system and the undesirable plans for her son and there are certainly several details like that to consider.
At the time of the first shooting, Nancy is distraught and strained! She snaps due to the pressure and the stress of taking care of a son whom is mentally challenged. She sees no other choice but to end her son’s life hoping to bring him peace and separation from his illness.
After overthinking her actions, Nancy (in a fit of sever rage) drives to Sandy Hook elementary to confront school staff (who she blames) about her disgruntlement and to argue the school’s culpability. Keep in mind, here is a mother who killed her son, so really – her life is over as she sees it and she has nothing more to lose.
Seeing it is Nancy at door, staff allows Nancy Lanza to enter without hesitation or concern. This is why there is no broken glass because Nancy did not need to shoot her way through the front door!
Classroom doors are kept open and no alarm was sounded because there is no worry. After all, it’s only a caring mom of two walking the halls and not a deranged young man who appears to be in a fit of rage.
Once inside, (in a state of fury and mentally disconnected), Nancy confronts the principle and heatedly expresses her unhappiness with the school system and how her child was treated in the preceding years. An argument follows and Nancy becomes even more annoyed. On compulsion, Nancy wrenches out her (hidden from view) registered handgun (s) and begins her onslaught of killings.
Why the children?
To punish others! Briefly seeing through the haze of impracticality, she knows that she lost her son (even prior to his killing) and now she wants other mothers and fathers to experience her unbearable pain. Maybe she thought (due the loss of her son) “You can’t kill me; I’m already dead.” Nancy Lanza opened the door to a new kind of horror in America–the massacre of children.
Seeing each person go lifeless, ignoring the shock and terror on the faces of the victims, ignoring the grief being visited upon so many families. And such a person is, without question, an individual entirely without empathy, and, therefore, by definition, severely mentally ill. The likelihood that she was, for all intents and purposes, destroyed early on, is not 100 percent, but it is very high.
What sort of person can shoot innocent children?
According to Dr. Keith Ablow (who I have personally met) – The answer to that question, in short, is this: 1) Certainly, someone who has lost the capacity for human empathy–that God-given quality that allows us to resonate with the suffering of others, and 2) Probably, someone who is, probably unconsciously, making a statement about the random nature of destructiveness, about how innocence and youth confer no safety upon an individual, and about how his rage–likely unexamined and left to fester underground–knows no bounds.
The psychiatric diagnoses that can be connected to a lack of empathy are numerous. Someone can have fallen victim to schizophrenia and be suffering the delusion that others must die to save the earth. Hence, there is no grief for the people who must die. Someone can be drug dependent and inebriated to the point that his core empathy is suppressed, due to intoxication. Someone can be personality disordered–a “sociopath” who steals, cheats and commits violent acts without guilt.
What about the media reports?
Trusting the media is like trusting Jeffrey Dahmer at the dinner table! You can’t and you shouldn’t.
In regards to Sandy Hook, NBC and MSNBC is known for deception and spoon-feeding the public false information to further the gun control agenda.
Keep in mind, this story is only a hypothesis and opinion. BUT, it does make a person with half of cerebral function think about the possibilities.
