I have been following this story for some time and wondered why is took scifake so long to respond to this mess in this manner. Kudos.

Also, don’t be afraid to announce that “shameless” radio show for many know it is the Ghost Divas. A pathetic group of middle aged woman who have a lot of time on their hands. They try to talk the fear of God into you only to seek a cheap thrill! Losers!

You’re right Donna should’ve sought advice from her lawyer or a professional and reputable news source.

I hope this is over- Can’t help but think this were beating a dead horse, here, I do not believe we will ever see any official press release over any of this, as in my opinion there was nothing all that damaging as far as the interview goes just a few leading statements where no specifics are named, that would make this entire mess worthy of any comment by syfy/ Pilgrim films….but thats just my opinion,

also I continue to send my well wishes out to Donna wouldn’t think this new article would really do much for her except make for more stress

She is a good person …but you can’t go in with guns blazing and retreat your army! You won’t get respect. I can’t blame Divas 100% either; however, Donna should’ve taken a stand continued with the accusations. Simple. This isn’t all coming from me for I sought professional advice prior to writing this article. It was okay to pull the last articles; however, Donna made her bed respectfully and now she must talk about he EXACT accusations or just move on and think of this as a bad dream. There are news organizations that would be interested in her story if she can provide FACTS of fakery. Otherwise …we are done!

You may be able to win back some loss of respect with me over this whole “Donna-capade.”

Donna L. has destroyed any and all credibility with her manic reporting of the facts and then pulling the old switcheroo on her stories once too many times. This last ploy of hers shows me….well I will leave out what I want to say except for the fact that if I want stable information concerning the paranormal field, I will not be asking her, reading anything she wrote or listening to any interviews she may give in the future.

Reporting any information that is from less credible sources is nothing more than one net tabloid copying another.

Well I appreciate the support! I said from the beginning of this fiasco …Donna is to blame; however, she told me was becoming ill due the stress and as any caring human being (almost any) I felt bad and I thought it was appropriate to pull the article.

I support Ron on this too and, though I still hope ‘Donnagate’ will ultimately/somehow hurt Ghost Hunters, I appreciate Ron’s being judicious and diplomatic in this situation.

If people are dissatisfied with the reporting going on here, then they should feel free to start a site of their own. Not everyone can be a ‘moviedan’ (and maybe that’s a good thing).

I really don’t think there will be a press release unless it hits mainstream media since most internet outlets are basically viewed as outsiders to the mainstream media. They view talking about Obama’s toothbrush or underwear more of a story than things that mean more to every day people.

I listened to the radio broadcast and I must admit …lousy journalism at its best! I mean …the man Dan Bell (or Divas) is interjecting sound clips as she is speaking only to the 100 (or less) audience and his humor is disgraceful. Guaranteed, get Mr. Bell on stage to speak to her personally …the moron would fold because he is a chump. A wanna be star looking for his door to fame and he using Donna to gain false recognition. Pretty sad!

Sorry Ron, been sick the last couple days. I have not spoken to Syfy due to this, but since Donna made a statement here I am not sure they would need to post anything.
As Donna mentioned in her response, there never has been and never will be a “staging” crew on Ghost Hunters, and nor is anything, at any moment of any investigation, staged in any way.

The “Divas” are the ones who stated those and then talked Donna into somewhat of a corner.

As for this post of yours here. I am game for anyone who claims we have faked anything and has any information on it to go to any and all news sources about it. We do not fake anything.
I have spoken with Donna and she is upset with the way this all went down. She did tell me as I believe she told you “TAPS did not fake anything” and also she stated she knows I would never do anything like that as she again told you Ron.
Donna called me, I did not call her. So no one can ever say we scared her into recanting. Bottom line is this, people are going to say whatever they want, people are going to believe or not believe the trash that comes from those ladies “Divas” mouths or not. They do not bother me. I find it funny that they spend so much time on someone they seem to hate so much. lmao
Let alone their threatening of people with bodily harm to post stuff for them, I believe you became a victim of that on this site.
I just received another email from a lady they went after as well.
She is turning what they said and did over to the local PD.
I have spoken to many people who have dealt with them and I can say most have the same thoughts about them.
As long as Donna is safe and well I am happy, and I appreciate all the attention those “Divas” have provided for the show.

I agree with Para Man…lousy journalism. I have read about these “Ghost Divas” and it is laughable. They say they pride themselves on truth; however, tells lies!

Also, middle aged woman, now that was funny! Have you actually seen these ladies up close! YUK! Not enough makeup will do them justice. Just saying.

I must say that Jason H. Gives a good story, What more can they say(SYFY) and the production company, They can say a great deal. First they can answer the question of staging the program, They also can answer the question as to the Who or Whom are the people that edit the intake for the story. Also the can answer the big question as the stunts, fakery, and the truth of all the People and or persons that are investigating, and the investigators themselves.

As a BIG TIME Skeptic, I have asked that TAPS prove to me by going on one of the so called investigations that what is happening is the truth. Each time I have asked I have been removed from their blogs. This tells me that something is going on that they don’t want me to see. I also Questioned since they stated many times that they are not actors why 1.) They have actors working for them, and 2.) why they are on IMDB.com. Every question I ask has never been answered. Then to answer Sarah Baker question “Maybe Hawes should flex some muscle and take a stand against the Divas. Or …is he afraid?” I feel the answer is YES. If Jason and Grant are afraid to answer my questions, you bet that they are afraid to talk to the DIVAS on live radio. Who am I I’m a concerned Father, and Grandfather, and want my children and grandchildren to watch and be told the truth so they don’t go to bed scared.

Again I asks TAPS (Grant and Jason) Prove to ME what your doing is not faked, that you are telling the truth, and most of all I want this done where there are NO outside influence, such as RADIOS, Ear pieces, And allow me to bring my digital camera, My Video Camera and My Digital recorder, while you leave the EVP and your devices at home. Take me to the most haunted place in america you say is haunted. Also That searches of all those involved be done as to strings, fishing line, paperclips, Pens, pencils. Mic’s . If this could be done and they then I would report to SCIFAKE the results of the investigation.

To tell you the truth I really don’t see this happening ever, as I feel that Ghost Hunters is on their way out of the show business….

Thanks for stopping by and sharing your opinion with us , I too think there wouldn’t be any official word from the networks or production company-even if you went to them with this as IMO Donna’s story wasn’t on a “credible” media source, to begin with IT only got any attention because of that you-tube video, spin on it and later Ron’s article here on the video,
I would hope anyone damaged or threatened by the (unmentionables) would go to the authorities, with those threats..
Jason of course people are going to question the evidence on TV- some things
do look suspect, and thats always going to be there out as long as GH and other programs exist, having said that-
as a TAPS client, I do know that there are some things out there that can’t be explained-
that just might be evidence of the paranormal-
Critics and skeptics come with the territory of being in the lime light
and if you show me something moving on
TV damn straight I’ll look for a string
its human nature –

IMO there are far more important things out there then this Donna gate, like cleaning up the paranormal community, and the taps family from felons and sex offenders, and getting refunds for those that spent their hard earned $ on paranormal events that never came to pass–Hoping we move on

conducted a series of experiments under the Auspices of the University of Manitoba-Canada back in 1920′s that produced some of the more humorous of the classic cheesecloth ecto photos that I suspect were fudged as the result of mounting pressure from the University to produce results or cut funds…I still respect him as a researcher/paranormal investigator, so I retract an earlier statement I made about not respecting you (Jason H.) as a Paranormal Investigator…to be fair, I do not know much about you beyond the hoax allegations as I don’t watch paranormal reality television (I like “A Haunting” because it is funny)but I’d still appreciate an explanation about the Meatloaf/water bottle debacle

Because one shot is from the investigation, the other shot was from two days later while the company “Pilgrim Films” was doing b roll. B roll is when the “window was open” B roll is known as the extra footage shot that they insert into the show. like the high moving camera shots and the walk thru camera shots. They can not do b roll during our investigation because if they did they would be contaminating the investigation.
Like I have said time and time again, I have nothing to hide!

It must be that Jason is sick or recovering from an illness not to recall the 2008 live Halloween program, where it shows staging of members/guest of TAPS.

STAGING:
1. A director should not put actors on marks per say.
2. About a fight: any possibility of getting hurt, you must choreograph it. Can’t be out of control but look out of control.
3. Actors “stage” the scene. The word “blocking” does not exist anymore.
4. Actors want to sit down, try not to sit down. Don’t do conventional stage things, just standing, just sitting. Not enough difficulty.
5. Be a well trained actor. Director won’t tell you. A good director will say: ‘let’s try it’. He won’t tell you marks until after actors do it.
6. Be in middle of activity.
7. Can’t follow each around quiet quiet talk. (Whenever you) Every can stand still, think, emotion, objective, move when you have to.
8. Do not move on other person’s lines.
9. Do the things that are the unspoken word.
10. Don’t confine people to sitting if possible.
11. Do the things that are the unspoken word.

BLOCKING:

1. having a shot list will help you during the blocking process. The shot list is like a map: it gives you a path to your destination but you don’t always have to follow it

2. let the actors show you what they want to do first, then, when you make a suggestion, it is based on something you have already seen

3. in Television, speed is essential, so try and block some scenes so that your action takes place in one direction (to avoid turning the camera around for reverses)

Grant faking that collar pull was without a doubt the most obvious fraud I have ever seen on any ghost hunting show. Your continuing “go ask Grant” answer is a dodge to avoid answering honestly. If you believe the audience is dumb enough to buy that a ghost pulled Grants collar 3 times while his right hand was mysteriously stuck to his right side you are delusional. You have been taking your audience for granted for at least the last 3 years while you guys sell yourselves to anyone willing to pay to hear your bs. The episode where your Inn was considered “haunted” said it all about you two and the lengths you will go to take advantage of any audience have left.

If you notice …Jason is here and NOT Grant! Why is this? I’ll gvie my opinion. NO disrespect to Grant; however, Jason has bigger balls and wants to clear the air. We may not agree with is and that’s okay. If you watch the video, Jason is no where near Grant …BUT (IMO) three separate pulls? Please Grant.

Also, it’s factual Grant and Jason are NOT the only alleged crew faking some of the evidence. I truly believe Pilgrim Films and SyFy are behind the fakery too. BUT, in Jason’s defense (do blast me for this), Jason and Grant do NOT edit the footage. Unlike Ghost Adventures.

I’m going to tell you that you will never get a straight answer from Grant or Jason, Jason and Grant still think they are certified plumber, Though after Checking with State and local government licensing boards there are no issued certification for either Jason or Grant as certified plumbers. Also after a great deal of research I have found that Grant was not a founder of TAPS as stated by the both of them. Yes Jason was but Grant was not.

I’m sure that Jason you have seen the many taps out, there on youtube and other sites that slow down the collar pull. If you need a copy I have one that you can view it’s Slowed down.

I have so much more about the tricks Grant pulls, and the funny thing this is I can prove everything I say. This is why they will not allow me to go on one of their hunts, as a Military investigator/Counsel for the C.I.D. more then 20 years I have see it all…

A Question that you may want to ask yourself, If these EVP devices worked as they say they do, why is it that the Government refuses to use them? I know why!

I seem to be the only one who places more blame at the feet of the ghost divas than Donna. The entire interview seemed to consist of the ghost divas leading Donna along, and Donna constantly following along and then backing off when she realized what she said. Donna’s should have known better than to take the interview without getting legal advice, but the ghost divas had an obligation to not take advantage of her.

I’ve been a fan of Ghost Hunters since the beginning. I’ve trusted their integrity as the men of science they advertised themselves to be. The last year or so has had me calling their integrity into question.

Grant’s collar fake was the first time I began doubting them. That is an obvious fake, very sloppy. They should come clean about it, but they will not. Too much money at stake of course.

And if they’ve obviously faked one piece of evidence, it all has to be thrown out now. The princess EVP, the ESP figure, all of it. I’m kind of sad to see this happen, I thought these guys were the real deal.

Jason I have a question… I just found this site and its cool you are on here answering questions… I happen to have a question! What is your experience with animals and spirits.. My mother claims her house is haunted and has seen a spirit of a young boy… I have heard many things that are unexplainable but when this happens my dogs go nuts! One of them runs around looking at the ceiling from room to room like she is chasing something… Also sometimes when she is downstairs and I call for her she will come up a few steps and all the sudden she stops like she is trying to get around somebody but can’t.. And I always have chills and feel cold when it happens… Do yo think animals can interact with and see spirits? Too much coincidence for me!

You can try and debunk everything you see and when you can’t…..there’s your proof. Jason and Grant, or anyone else on the TAPS team are not actors. Science has already debunked (or is the process of debunking when it comes to human neurological causes) everything that is considered “paranormal” so following believers around would be superfluous and rather pointless. However, I think it would be a great idea to dedicate a TV show to the rational scientific explanations for “paranormal” events that have been shown on television recently.

Unfortunately, science doesn’t sell like ghosts and demons – media and advertisers go where the money is and currently the money is with the sensationalistic melodrama of “ghost hunting”, not scientific rationalism.

I have spoken to people at 2 different locations where the TAPS team investigated in St Augustine, Florida. There is no staging crew whatsoever. Whoever is spreading that lie around should be ashamed of themselves. Period.
